We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and relaxing lodging experience to guests & patients visiting the Rochester area. Each unit has its own heating & cooling system-no shared air circulation

Suites on 4th is a spacious, relaxing, and luxurious 2-bedroom short-term condo located on the 2nd floor.
This 2-bedroom condo comes fully furnished with 2 full bathrooms, a private washer/dryer on-site, and 2 private parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped with dishware, flatware, cookware, and appliances. All utilities are included including Wi-Fi, and access to Roku, free Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, HBO, Amazon Prime & more! The living room is equipped with a 65" LED Smart TV along with a Sling TV Subscription and the master bedroom is equipped with a 55” Smart TV!
Our cleaning crew is trained in health & safety measures and follows the CDC cleaning guidelines. No carpet. No smoking!
